1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship using reputable Canadian carriers, including:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may depend on destination, package size, and delivery speed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders and will be clearly indicated.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–5 business days

  • Western Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Atlantic Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: additional time may apply

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Large Orders & Pallet Shipments

Bulk or palletized shipments:

  • May require freight delivery

  • May require a loading dock or liftgate service

  • Delivery appointments may be required

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate receiving facilities.

6. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and products.

Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or credit.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain regulated medical products may have shipping restrictions in accordance with Health Canada regulations.

Temperature-sensitive items, if applicable, must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Canada.
International shipping may be available upon request and is subject to customs regulations and additional charges.

10. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
